1. Open a Word file or start a document

On the editor homepage, choose Open a Word document and select a .doc or .docx file up to 20 MB. You can also choose New blank document or a template. Review conversion results and warnings for older DOC files.

2. Edit and confirm saving

Write and format your text, and check tables, fonts and Vietnamese accents. Wait for confirmed saving before leaving the document. If the connection drops or saving is unconfirmed, keep the page open and retry when connected.

3. Download Word DOCX or PDF

Download Word to continue editing in an application that supports DOCX, or PDF to share the presentation. Open the downloaded file and check its contents, fonts, tables and page breaks before sharing.

4. Keep documents beyond the guest session

Guest sessions expire after 24 hours. Download your own copy or keep your documents in an account before the expiry shown in the application. Sign in and verify your email to use the one-time AI allowance.

Do I need an account or an installed copy of Word?

No. Open a Word file or create a document in a guest session directly in your browser, without installing an application.

Which formats can I open and download?

Open .docx or .doc files up to 20 MB. Older DOC files are converted for editing. Download your finished work as Word (.docx) or PDF; older DOC export is not available. Check the downloaded layout and fonts before sharing.

How long are guest documents kept?

Guest sessions last 24 hours. Check the displayed expiry time and download your documents or keep them in an account before the session ends. A guest session is not a substitute for your own backup.

Is AI free and unlimited?

AI requires sign-in and a verified email address. Accounts receive a one-time US$2 AI allowance; it does not renew automatically and AI is not unlimited. Availability also depends on service status and your remaining allowance.

What does AI receive?

You preview the text before submitting a request. AI receives that previewed text and your instruction, not the whole file, images or document history. The provider processes data under its policies.

Will my Word layout stay identical?

Fonts and layout can differ after conversion or when opened in another application. Review import warnings and check the downloaded DOCX or PDF, especially tables, page breaks and fonts.
